Professional dryer vent cleaning = peace of mind

Your kids are finally in bed. All you want to do is light a candle, put your feet up, and turn on your favorite TV show.

Don’t let a clogged dryer vent steal your peace. Say no to the late-night YouTube rabbit holes and cheap DIY kits that promise you can do it all yourself.

You have enough on your plate: we’ll clean your dryer vent so you can get back to relaxing.

P.S. That DIY kit you impulse-bought a few nights ago can probably still be returned.

We’ll clean the dryer vent right—the first time

Efficiency. Accuracy. Thoroughness. Expertise.

This is what you can expect from us when we come to clean your dryer vent

How We Do It

We don’t just use a vacuum to clean your dryer vent. We use the same high-powered negative air machines we use to clean your air ducts.

What’s a negative air machine? Great question. According to our resident air duct expert who we call “Turbo”, it’s a machine that releases negative air pressure—that air pressure is what sucks up all the lint and other debris.

I barely passed physics in high school, but if Turbo says it, I believe him.

Regardless, the result? No lint is left behind. And it’s removed efficiently.

We also bring extra protection for your dryer system to each job, including whatever we need to reseal damaged vents and varmint guards.

Yes, I just said varmint.

Trust me, you don’t want to be the one cleaning an unexpected visitor out of your vent. Yes, we do that from time to time.

The Downside of DIY

DIY tools are cheap for a reason: they break easily and fall into dryer vents. On the other hand, Steemer tools? Couldn’t break them if you tried.

Actually, we often find ourselves using our tools to fish broken DIY pieces out of our customers’ dryer vents.

Have a long dryer vent that snakes through the basement or multiple rooms? No worries. Our tools will still be able to reach all the way through the vent.

This makes sure cleaning removes the lint instead of compacting it into a lint wall.

What’s a lint wall?

We’re glad you asked.

You know when you stuck that DIY brush into your vent and tried to fish the lint out? Well, if your dryer vent was longer than the brush, there’s a good chance that you just pushed the lint further into the vent where you can’t see it anymore.

When you push enough lint into the same spot, it compacts, and you create a wall.

This defeats the purpose of cleaning the dryer vent since air and moisture can’t make it through a lint wall.

And that’s a wrap! If you’ve made it this far, congratulations. You’re a real Steemer stan—and we want to make sure you’re taken care of.

Let us save you the mess and complication: schedule a dryer vent cleaning with us today!
